How Long Does It Take To Ship Orders?

Peace and Gratitude Family, it normally takes us 7 to 14 "business days" to prepare orders due to us preparing each of our compounds freshly made per order. We don’t have our products stocked on shelves waiting to be ordered. Everything is freshly made each time, this benefits the customer in major ways.

You will know that our team has started working on your order once you receive a notification with your tracking number. The team uses your packing slip to fulfill your order, it normally takes 2-3 days for the production department to create & prepare your product. Once prepared, The orders are then shipped out using the shipping method you chose at check out. So if you purchased priority shipping, it will arrive to you within 1-3 business days & if you purchased standard shipping, it will arrive to you within 3-5 business days. We had an influx of orders last month and it’s taking the team longer than the usual 14 business days to get orders sent out. So if you haven’t received your tracking number yet, just know we haven’t gotten to your order yet and you should receive your tracking number within the next 10 business days.
